1. WHERE WE SHIP FROM

All Riyasaat orders are dispatched directly from our facility in Bahawalpur, the same city where the formula was first created. We don’t route through third-party warehouses, so what leaves our facility is exactly what you ordered, packed the same day it’s prepared.

2. WHO DELIVERS YOUR ORDER

We ship nationwide through PostX, our trusted courier partner. Once your order leaves Bahawalpur, PostX takes over the delivery and carries it to your doorstep, wherever you are in Pakistan, from major cities to smaller towns.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it right away.

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day
• During sales or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer as order volume increases

You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order has been packed and handed over to PostX.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times depend on your location within Pakistan.

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, and similar): 2 to 4 business days
• Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 3 to 6 business days
• Remote or far flung areas: may take a day or two longer, depending on PostX’s coverage in that area

These timelines start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it’s placed.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any active free shipping offers (for example, on orders above a certain amount) will be clearly shown at checkout, so there are no surprises before you confirm your order.

6. HOW YOUR ORDER IS PACKED

Every Riyasaat order ships in our own customized packaging, sealed and wrapped the way it would be if you were opening a gift from Bahawalpur itself. Each parcel includes a Riyasaat-branded flyer, so what arrives at your door feels like it came from us, not a generic courier box.

We take extra care with how the bottle itself is secured inside the parcel, so it reaches you exactly the way it left our facility in Bahawalpur.

7. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number through SMS or email, depending on the details you provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your parcel directly through PostX, from the moment it leaves Bahawalpur until it reaches your door.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll check the status for you.

8. AREAS WE COVER

We currently deliver across Pakistan, to every city and town within PostX’s delivery network. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, you can reach out to us before placing your order and we’ll confirm it for you.

9. DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

While we hand every order to PostX on time, delivery can occasionally be delayed for reasons outside our control, including weather conditions, regional disruptions, or high order volume during sale periods. If your order is taking longer than the estimated window, please reach out to our team and we’ll follow up with PostX directly on your behalf.
